Executive Director

Bonita Hutchison joined the One Revolution Foundation team in November 2014. She shares One Revolution’s vision and loves sharing the stories of individuals and groups pursuing their dreams and showcasing their abilities.  Bonita is dedicated to “turning the perception of disability upside down” and is committed to putting One-Revolution at the forefront of the movement.

Bonita has developed her career, building and developing programs for a variety of non-profit organizations and institutions including Outback Therapeutic Expeditions, Oakley School, Special Olympics Utah, Joliet Area Historical Museum, Illinois Valley Community College Foundation, and Special Olympics Texas.

Bonita lives in Park City, Utah with her husband, Mike and two sons, Hugh and Hunter.  When not working (although, she will tell you this does not feel like work) telling the stories of people turning the perception of disabilities upside down, Bonita enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, paddleboarding, cooking and living an active lifestyle.

Chris Waddell

Founder, Lead Presenter & Trainer

One Revolution Founder Chris Waddell turned perception of disability upside down as a Paralympic athlete, with his climb of Mt Kilimanjaro and continues to do so today. The lead presenter of the Nametags program, he speaks about resilience, developing your unique voice and creating the labels that you want. Additionally, Chris helps establish the overall objectives of One Revolution and is the primary trainer for Nametags presenters.

A 13X Paralympic medalist and the first "nearly unassisted" paraplegic to handcycle to the summit of Mt. Kilimarajo, Chris is a world-renowned motivational speaker and the author of Things I Want to Remember Not to Forget and Is It Lonely Being a Four Leaf Clover?

He and his wife Jean reside in Park City, UT with their dog Ruby. Chris is an avid cyclist, marathoner, skier and reader.

Jennifer Thomas

Nametags Coordinator

Jennifer Thomas joined the One Revolution Foundation team in January 2015.  Jennifer is passionate about bringing Nametags to more students throughout the country and sharing the message “It’s not what happens to you. It’s what you do with what happens to you”.

Jennifer joins the team after developing growth plans and successfully executing marketing strategies as a Representative for Rodan and Fields, her family owned children’s shoe stores, PiggyToes, and as a shoe buyer for Nordstrom.

Jennifer and her husband Michael live in Park City, UT with their three children Olivia, Ian, and Roan.  Jennifer enjoys living life to its fullest by spending time with her family (dogs included), practicing yoga, volunteering in the community and a few minutes of quite time reading.

Victoria Miller

Events Coordinator

Victoria Miller has over a decade of experience in hospitality and high-end event production.  Through the years she has worked in all aspects of the industry from destination hotels, food and beverage venues as well as exclusive event companies. She has directed numerous high profile non-profit events with tremendous success and has her own private event company in Park City, Utah.

Victoria joined the One Revolution Team in January 2016 as the Event Coordinator. She comes with great enthusiasm and an unwavering desire to plan effective and valuable events to raise awareness and funds for One Revolution. Her hard work and attention to detail ensure that the events she plans will be seamless and leave a lasting impression.

Victoria resides in Park City, Utah with her husband, son, daughter and two German Shepherds – she is always ready with some pictures if you ask! When she’s not busy planning fabulous events you can find her practicing yoga, running, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Mary Ivanovich

Nametags Coordinator - Chicago

Mary Ivanovich came to One Revolution in February 2017 with over 20 years of experience in media advertisement, business to business sales, and client relations. Mary is passionate our Education Program and will use her expertise in sales and marketing to grow our Education Program throughout Chicagoland.

Mary has dedicated many years to serving at-risk-youth as a "Big" for Big Brothers Big Sisters and has worked tirelessly to enhance her community through Catholic Charities and other civic organizations.

Mary resides in Chicago, Illinois and loves all that the city has to offer. Mary has a son living in Colorado as well as a daughter finishing her Senior year at  University Denver. When she is not busy growing our Chicagoland market, Mary enjoys travel, good food, wine and theatre.
